3. Sleep: The foundation of a healthy life is sleep. Life and sleep are inseparable. Multiple social, psychological, economic, and physiological effects can result from sleep disturbances. Lifestyle factors may affect sleep, and sleep affects both mental and physical health.

4. An Unbalanced Diet: The adage "you are what you eat" is true in some cases. Every time you eat, you have an impact on your health—for better or worse. Additionally, it's incredibly simple for unhealthy foods to infiltrate your usual diet, even while it's okay to indulge in sweets occasionally.
