In simple words, when excessive fat increases in our body, it causes 'Obesity'. It occurs when a person's body mass index is 25 or more. There are more than 10 million cases of obesity per year in India. It is important to prevent yourself from such disease to live a healthy lifestyle and live more.

Followings can be the reason for the problem of your obesity.

  • Eating frequently: If you eat frequently, your body will not be able to burn the calories.

  • Medication: Some medicine can stimulate your appetite and cause you to eat more and gain weight.

  • Avoid junk food/processed food: All junk food contains a high amount of fat, carbs, and sugar. They contain less amount of nutrients and vitamins, which means they are unhealthy for our body. They also contain a high amount of calorie that increases fat in your body.

  • Add physical exercises to your lifestyle: Doing regularly exercises like yoga, walking, running, dancing, cycling, or any other physical exercises help in reducing weight.

  • Add protein to your meal consistently: Protein plays a major role in losing fat. Adding enough protein to your diet helps in supporting a healthy metabolism and reduces your appetite.

  • Try to avoid sugar or sugary food items: Food or beverage that contains high sugar can increase the amount of fat in our body.
